A Unique Vision : Incubating Young Chartered Accountants
The idea to create an incubation platform for young Chartered Accountants within the firm was a unique and forward-looking initiative of Purab Gujar. He recognized that while technical knowledge is essential, young professionals also need mentorship, exposure, and ethical grounding to grow into confident practitioners. This vision — rare in traditional CA practice — allows aspiring CAs to work under the guidance of seasoned mentors, gain hands-on experience in audits, taxation, advisory, and consulting, and develop the resilience required to thrive independently.
